Abstract

Bee gum is a resinous substance bees collect from various plants, used this article in folk medicine from ancient times and more recently 50 years ago, scientists looked at the level of the world’s attention to conduct scientific research for this article, where it has a biological function multiple (antibiotics, anti-fungal, anti-viral, anti-parasitic, anti-cancerous, anti-oxidation catalysts Portal of the immune system). This article recently used in the treatment of many diseases in humans, such as diabetes and tooth decay disease and improve the immune system in cases of cancer and AIDS disease. Many have also been conducting research in the field of Animal Production on this article. The most important use this article as alternatives to antibiotics in poultry and fattening treat coccidiosis.
Bayesian
Because of the functions of biological multiple gum bees, especially as antioxidants assumed this study the bee gum has the ability to improve the productive performance and health status of the broiler is received and have been reared under heat stress conditions it is also assumed that the bee gum has the ability to prevent the physiological changes resulting from this stress.
Objective of the study
This study was designed to evaluate the effect of adding different concentrations gum bees to forage submitted to the broiler, which are reared under heat stress conditions, through the evaluation of its effect on the productive performance, behavioral change, and physiological changes.
The study and research design:
The study was conducted on 504 the number of chick (Ross 708) age 15 days to 42 days. where it was distributed to 6 groups (each group include the number 4 hangars and all the fold contain a number 21 birds) in accordance with the concentration of bee gum added to the feed and groups were as follows (0.10025 million, 500, 1000.3000 mg per kg feed) were exposed birds to heat stress 32 degrees for 9 hours a day. During the trial period was recorded behavioral changes and productivity in addition to that number 12 were slaughtered birds from each group in order to internal organs and intestines content aggregation weight to assess bacterial content within the blood samples have also been compiled and brain tissue to evaluate the physiological changes.
Results:
1. behavioral changes:
Results showed that the addition of 250 or 3000 mg bee gum broiler to prevent adverse changes in the behavior of the bird as it works to increase the kinetic activities for the birds and reduces the rate of panting. While the results showed that 100 mg of bee gum works to increase the rate of movement only Activities. There is no change in the rest of the behaviors that have been studied.
2. appearance of feathers:
Results showed that the addition of bee gum works to reduce the proportion of the manifestations of the presence of abnormal feathers. He is also on the degree to Ayotr covered feathers of the body rate.
3. productive performance:
Add bee gum affects not on any of the productive performance metrics (growth rate and feed conversion efficiency). Nor did the weights it affects the liver, spleen, and heart Alqons. On the contrary, the results have proved that bees gum 100 250 500 mg works to increase the body’s fat content.
4. intestinal content of bacteria:
Bifidobacterium spp. The results showed that 1000 mg gum bees have a negative effect on the number of
E. Coli also raise bees gum concentration from 100 up to 3000 mg a constant coefficient deviation shows the decline in the number
There is no effect on other types of bacteria that have been studied.
5. underbrush characteristics (villus) heartburn:
.crypt or the depth of the villus results showed the lack of impact of the bee gum on the length and width underbrush heartburn
6. blood physiological measurements:
heterophil% and H / L results showed that bees gum helps to reduce
esinophil, monocyte, and basiophil bee gum does not affects the%
Total proteins, globulins, phosphate, glucose, and thyroid hormones bees affects the gum does not
AST in the blood concentrations of each bee gum that was used to working to reduce the concentration of the hormone corticosterone and
Lymphocyte% concentrations of each bee gum except 100 mg working to increase
Each bee gum concentrations except 100 mg working to reduce the concentration of uric acid in the blood
Only 250 500 mg working to reduce the concentration of calcium in the blood
T3 / T4 ratio only 250 mg working to increase
7. Jane heat stress protein 70 concentration in the tissues of the brain:
The results showed that bees gum has no effect on the concentration of heat stress protein 70 in the tissues of the brain
Synopsis:
Results of the previous listed it can be concluded that the addition of Brazilian bee gum has a limited number of positives and some negatives if it is added in broiler feed as a treatment for heat stress and advise him to do more research on this article before advising use in fattening poultry farms.
