Abstract
After the treatment periods, 6 rats from each group were anaesthetized to carry out both physiological and histopathological examinations. The blood was collected from both control and experimental rats for physiological examination. Also, Specimens of liver and kidney are removed by standard surgical techniques from anesthetized rats for histological examination.
