Abstract
The title of the present thesis is synthesis and characterization of azo orotic acid complexes the thesis comprises three chapters the first includes mainly the literature survey on the structural chemistry of orotic acid and its derivatives and their complexes this chapter is ended with scientific aim thisthesis the experimental part is collected in the second chapter the synthesis of both the free ligands and their complexes are given the analytical data depict the formation of different complexes with the stoichimetries 1:2, 1:1 and 2:1 depending on the transition metal salt and the ligand the standardizations of the instruments h-nmr,ir,uv-vis,ph and magnetic susceptibility)are described.
