المستخلص

Despite the importance of learning to read in the educational
process, but that many of the studies and research aimed to identify
the difficulties of learning to read to students, leading to a low level of
achievement they have.
And critical Reading is one of the most important and most types of
Reading, and that what it stands for the importance in the lives of
students but many recent studies have confirmed the poor students to
acquire skills of critical reading and referred its findings to the need
to focus on the development of these skills to have during the early
stages of education.
As noted by the researcher through his work in the field of teaching
Arabic language for primary school students, low scores on
achievement tests monthly for the Arabic language for students in
fifth grade of primary as well as poor students in the evaluation of
Reading and sentence, and take them to the information and ideas
contained subjects of study prescribed as an axiom does not accept
cash or the attempt to express an opinion, which confirms the need to
develop critical Reading skills in students so as not to accept
everything they read as an axiom issue, but they work their minds
then accept what they see as true and reject what is lessso.
With the appearance of e-Learning and its spreading in the countries
and admiring it to the degree that some claimed that traditional
classrooms should be cancelled and electronic classes in schools
should be replaced them. but Scientific researches and practical
experiments show us the demerits of e-Learning. Among which are
the absence of human sides at e- Learning, in trovertism, boredom,
cheating and plagiarism.
from here, Blended Learning appeared as a solution of real
information technology through blending e-Learning with traditional
Learning (face2 face) at one model to benefit with all their
advantages to achieve instructional goals. Hence, The problem of the
current Research Lies in The decrease in the levels of cognitive
Achievement, Critical Reading skills and inability of Using Electronic
Media in Teaching and Learning Reading, So their was a bad need to
preparing a study at that field to know the effectiveness of using
Blended Learning approach to teaching Reading of acquisition and
developing Critical Reading skills for fifth grade primary Students.
