Abstract
Caner is a diease of the elderly . However elderly patients were either excluded or under - represented in cancer clinical trials . The impacts of being elderly on treatment cloices and outcomes were not studied in Egyptian patients with gastrointestinal tract cancers (GITCs) . Aim : to study GITCs in Egypt and to verify the effect of age on the treatments and their outcomes.
