Abstract
Painfull vertebral metastases are one of the common complications of a number of solid malignancies which can cause significant disability and morbidity in patients suffering from metastatic cancer . Sometimes these patients are not good candidates for major surgical procedures and cannot address mechanical instability and the radio-therapy may take weeks to become effective.
