Abstract
This work aims to prepare high solid content of (50% emulsion for industrial applications over print varnish). Many trials were carried out to get the optimum formulations for preparing methyl metha acrylate/butyl acrylate copolymer emulsion with stable properties for a period of time (six month solid) and low coagulum of methyl metha acrylate (MMA)/butyl acrylate (BA) copolymer and accelerating test. Three surfactant systems were used as well as changing the monomers ratio in the presence of constant ratio of initiator.
