The interest of the intellectually disabled is their right as well, The society duty, And this interest is essential to several considerations, Firstly the religious and moral aspect, Secondly providing educational opportunities for the disabled intellectually and accept disability in society and in light of equal opportunities, Such as the ordinary children, Thirdly trying to follow the world interest for the disabled intellectually, Fourthly helping them to be productive in the community not consumers, Finally helping them to Acquire the self-dependence in all the matters of daily life (Social and life skills), Because of the limited capabilities for Educable Intellectually Disabled Children Which do not allow them to benefit fully from the activities exercised As the ordinary children, Thus they need a special kind of care that will help them to invest those limited capacity to the maximum extent possible.
(2) Problem of the Study:
Study Question can be defined as follows:-
Does the training program for the development of social skills and life skills to reduce Isolation behavior in Educable Intellectually Disabled Children?(3) Aim of the Study:
The Present Study Aims at the following:
The present study aims to reveal the effectiveness of social skills training and life skills to reduce Isolation behavior in Educable Intellectually Disabled Children.
(4) Importance of the Study:
The importance of the current study :
First: the theoretical importance:  Derive the significance of the study addressed Educable Intellectually Disabled Children to provide a decent life for them.  Lack of research studies and Arab and foreign - to the knowledge of the researcher - which focused on the development of social skills and life skills in Educable Intellectually Disabled Children. As well as the dearth of studies or research Arab and foreign - to the knowledge of the researcher - which focused on reducing Isolation Behavior Educable Intellectually Disabled Children.
Dealing social and life skills and their role in social behavior modification Educable Intellectually Disabled Children.  Develop a program to develop social and life skills in Educable Intellectually Disabled Children.  Scale setting social and life skills; where it is through this measure stand on social and life skills that Educable Intellectually Disabled Children them, so that the face of the problems and obstacles for this category and handling.  Scale setting Isolation Behavior; through which the knowledge of the method being followed Educable Intellectually Disabled Children; until we can get rid of this behavior and link them to the harmonic behavior .
Second: Applied important :  Training and exercise training program of the best ways to give Educable Intellectually Disabled Children desirable behaviors and eliminate undesired behaviors (As isolation Behavior) .  The outcome of the current study will help caregivers Educable Intellectually Disabled Children to develop curriculum to develop appropriate activities that develop social and life skills .
More software design interventions to reduce some of the mental and behavioral disorders for Educable Intellectually Disabled Children .  Take advantage of the results of the study to identify the difficulties that hinder disabled Educable Intellectually Disabled Children in social attitudes and life and have interaction in a positive way .

(6) Limits of the Study:
include the following: -
Sample: The study sample included a group of Educable Intellectually Disabled Children School of Education Intellectual Education in Kafr Al-Shaikh, aged between time (9-12) years, Their intelligence level ranges from (50 -70) They will be divided into two groups:
- Experimental group (Received the program) N. = 8 Children. - Control group (Did not received the program) N. = 8 Children. Time: The application of the program will take period from 1/10/2011 until 10/1/2012. Location: Intellectual Education School Kafr El-Sheikh.
Approach used in the Study: The Researcher used in the current study, experimental approach with the design pre / post two one pilot and the other officer. Statistical Methods: The Researcher used statistical methods Following: - Pearson Correlation Coefficient. - Descriptive Statistics of Averages and Standard Deviations. - Mann-Whitney’s test of Unassociated samples. (Mann – Whitney). - Wilcoxon’s test of Associated samples. (Wilcoxon).
(7) The results of the study: The results are as the following: - There were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the order averages scores Educable Intellectually Disabled Children in the experimental group before and after the implementation of the program on a scale of social and life skills and these differences in favor of the measurement results of the post . - There were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the order averages scores Educable Intellectually Disabled Children in the two experimental and control groups in the post measurement on a scale of social skills and life after the program and these differences in favor of the experimental results of the Group . - There are no statistically significant differences between the averages order Educable Intellectually Disabled Children in the experimental group in the indices dimensional results and Follow-up after nearly two months on a scale of social and life skills . - There were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the order averages scores Educable
