Abstract
Nursing schools are the basic and fundamentals stone of the nursing education profession. the school is the step to be qualified.
professional teachers, internal and external teaching environment and suceaaful teaching - learning process, the nursing school system lead to graduate qualofied nursing.

The study samples includes four schools all teachers (27), all nurses students (331) tools used in the stude data collection (1) the teacher question aire adopted study from (AFiFy, 2004) to identify teacher behavior.
