Abstract Non carious cervical lesions (NCCLs) are becoming an increasingly important factor when considering the long-term health of the dentition. The incidence of non carious cervical tooth surface loss (NCCTSL) is increasing due to augmentation of the increased consumption of soft drinks and fruit juices, false teeth cleaning habits and increase tooth retention period. The number and size of lesions both tend to increase with age (Yildiz et al., 2010 and Narsimha, 2011). |
