Abstract
Ther are two types of rhinoplasty for unilateral cleft lip nose : 1) Primary rhinoplasty: it is primary nasal repair at the time of primary lip repair it includes many surgical techniques as (1) closed rhinoplasty techniques with limited nasal dissection achieved though lip incisions.
