المستخلص
This study aims at attempting to lay down a new framework having the role of the state and the market system. It describes the relation between them in particular in the developing countries. This means to attempt to reach a framework that has both the state and the market economy in a way that contributes to pushing development forward.
Therefore, this research aims at describing and emphasizing the following objectives :
1- The relation between the public sector and the private sector isn’t a contradictory relation or a relation of displacement but it is a relation of integration. And it results in good or bad effects on either of them or both of them according to the followed economic policies.
2- Emphasizing the specialty of each of the societies, the degree of maturity and the historical, economic and social development.
3- The considerations called for by the antagonists of the state role in the economic life such as the considerations of efficiency, productivity and financial considerations etc aren’t due in the first place to the form ownership but they are due to the nature of policies and the followed economic systems and legislations.
4- The difficulty of absolutely comparing between what it is to be a public sector and what it is to be a private sector in the economic life.
