Abstract The goal of this work aimed to study the electrochemical behaviour of drug compounds of Azapropazone (AZA) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, cilostazol (CIL) is a quinolinone derivative and medication has been used in treatment claudication in individuals with peripheral vascular disease and granisetron hydrochloride (GRH) is a serotonin 5-HT3 receptor antagonist used as an antiemetic to treat nausea and vomiting following chemotherapy. Its main effect is to reduce the activity of the vagus nerve that in the Britton-Robinson buffer solution of different pH values at electrodes using several electrochemical techniques, it is amide also to optimize the experimental and instrumental conditions for trace quantitative determination of these drugs in their bulk forms, and pharmaceutical formulations using cyclic voltammetry (CV), differential pulls (DPV) and squire wave voltammetry (SWV). A summary of the key results obtained in this work is given in this section. The present thesis includes electrochemical studies of some important drugs namely, AZA, CIL, and GRH using different type of electrodes such as Glassy carbon electrode (GCE), Carbon paste electrode (CPE), Carbon paste modified electrode with nano zinc oxide (CPMZE) nano chromium oxide (CPMCE) and nano nickel oxide (CPMNE) with different three technique such as CV, DPV and SWV. |
