Abstract Plants and fruits have been used since the early days of humankind and are still used through out the world for health promotion and treatment of disease. There has been evolution in scientific research on the significance of plants and fruits in health and disease. Some plants studied in certain country may show less or more effect when taken from other country. This study aimed to, explorer of study on some parts of plants and fruits by using experimental rats suffering from lipidemia in different concentrations of white experiment animals in kind of (Sprague Dawley). STUDIED GROUPS: A. Control Group: Group (1): (control negative): Fed on basal diet (casein diet). Group (2): Fed on basal diet plus Sheep’s tail fat 5 % (+ve). B. Sample Groups: Group (3): positive control plus Persea americana 2%. Group (4): positive control plus Laurus nobilis 2%. Group (5): positive control plus Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer 2%. Group (6): positive control plus Aloe vera, (L.) Burm.f. 2%. Group (7): positive control plus Krestina blend 2 % (0.5%from each part plant was used in this work). Biological evaluation of the different diets was carried out by determination of body weight gain % (BWG %) and food efficiency ratio (FER). where there was consensus between the consumption of food and English Summary 196 increase body weight gain in rate significantly, especially in groups containing high concentrations. The end of experimental, Animals were sacrificed and blood samples. At the end of experiment (4 weeks), the blood samples were collected after 12 hours fasting and serum was separated for determination of: Lipid profile cholesterol, tri-glycerides (T.G), high density lipoprotein (H.D.L-C), low density lipoprotein (L.D.L-C), very low density lipoprotein (V.L.D.L-C), atherogenic index, urea, creatinin, glutamic oxaloacetic transaminas (G.O.T), glutamic pyruvic transaminase (G.P.T) , alkaline phosphatase (A.L.P) and glucose. At the same time, the organs: (Heart, Liver, Eye, Brain, Spleen and Kidney) were removed , washed in saline solution, dried by filter paper , weighted and stored frozen in formalin solution 10% for histopathological examinations. Statistical analyses were performed by Lenovo 3000N500; under Windows Microsoft Office 2010 by using Microsoft excel 2010. All obtained results were tabulated and suitable recommendation was given. Biochemical analysis was carried out on blood and out on blood and blood serum to determine CBC, serum glucose, Liver function indices, kidney function indices, and serum lipids. The organs (Heart, Liver, Eye, Brain, Spleen and Kidney) were removed and washed in saline solution, weighted and kept in formalin solution (10%). Specimens from (Heart, Liver, Eye, Brain, Spleen and Kidney) were subjected to histopathological examinations.
