المستخلص
This study addresses many of the legal issues around decades of e-commerce, including how the conclusion of these contracts and methods of implementation, and also the types of disputes arising from the conclusion of this type of contract and how recognized and authoritative Editor -mail and electronic signature, as well as the law applicable to contracts for e-commerce and the court having jurisdiction over the when the dispute arose between the parties to a commercial contract -mail. This is in addition to the study of e-arbitration as a means for settling disputes arising from this type of contract.
We got through this study that should develop national laws in line with the special circumstances of e-commerce, and the creation of new laws dealing with issues that are related to e-commerce transactions. And the need for the national legislation to remove all legal obstacles to the use of electronic commercial contract. As well as the deployment of cognitive awareness of e-commerce in order to ensure access to the thought of independently investigated, and ensure the creation of trust and transparency in the dealings of e-commerce, and to invite the institutions concerned to activate the business through the limbs of different to the promotion of the concept of e-commerce, and glances through the insurance and protection to be taken into account
