It is Used as Oral Hypoglycemic agent Has 100 Tims More Potent than Tolbutamine in Evoking Pancreatic Secretion of Insulin (189) . Glipizide is Class 11, Which characterized by High Permeability and Low Solubility according to Biopharmaceutical Classification System (BCS) (190).
