Abstract
This study was performed to investigate role of periodontal salivary biomarker in success rate of implant, Dentium two piece implants were placed 20 patients with teeth indicated for extraction in the area of maxillary
anterior and premolar teeth. All patient were free from systemic diseases and non-smokers.
Before extraction, saliva sample is taken from the mouth, then the teeth were extracted after raising a mucoperiosteal flap or flapless following an atruamatic approach and the implants were placed immediately in the fresh extraction sockets, then a series of clinical measurement were obtained.
