Abstract

This study was conducted to compare the effect of different irrigation and different obturation materials on the regrowth of enterococcus faccalis in dentinal rubules. sixty extracted single rooted teeth were used in this study. The crowns of the teeth were removed at the cementoenamel junction to standardizxe their length at15mm.
