Abstract

The present study was designed to determine the teratogenicity of diclofenac sodium, metformin and tolbutamide in rats. Also, this current investigation was aimed to determine if the teratogenicity of hypoglycaemic drugs as metformin and tolbutamide in rats could be enhanced or reduced by co-administration of diclofenac sodium. - This study was conducted with the aim of a questionnaire influence orthopedic of diclofenac sodium , Mutaiforman and Altolbyautamad in mice Beida , as well as to explore the possibility of an increase or a lack of emotion, orthopedic in metformin and Altolbyautamad in the case of using one with Aldelovinak sodium together , and can be summarized what has been done as follows: 1 . Influence orthopedic : This study was conducted at 8 equal groups , each containing 6 of the female hamsters pregnant , and took the first set as a control , while the other groups only given medicines Almokhtlrh kit is the second injected diclofenac in the muscle , and the third group and the fourth was given metformin by Elly the infectious dose of 135 270 mg / kg of weight , and Group V and VI were given Altolbyautamad by Elly gastric dose equivalent to 90.45 mg / kg of body weight , and the seventh group were given all of diclofenac sodium at a dose of 4.5 mg / kg of body weight , the eighth group was given all of diclofenac sodium and Altolbyautamad . Eladioh has been given in the previous period between the sixth day and the fifteenth of pregnancy and then extracted embryos from their mothers’ wombs when the twentieth day of pregnancy. Has been counting embryos and measuring the length and then divided embryos into two first been examining the entrails of Interior to this section, and the second section was examined skeletal him and the results were as follows: injection of diclofenac at a dose of 4.5 mg / kg of weight cause a shortage significantly in number , weight and length of fetuses and the number of live embryos in each well or a significant increase in the number of embryos absorbed . And examine the viscera of embryos seen dilation in the recess of the brain in 20% , and atrophy of the thymus in 90% and atrophy in the lungs at 100% , and inflation in the liver in 60% , and inflation in the kidney at 30% , and a widening in the renal pelvis in 10% of embryos . And examine the skeleton found Tmazm incomplete in the bones of the skull at 100% and the disappearance of the bones of storytelling in 100% , and abnormalities in the ribs 92.3 % , and the disappearance of some of the paragraphs of the caudal in 92.3 % , and the disappearance of the fingers of the parties the front and rear of 76.92 % , and the disappearance of the bones of comb forehand 61.53 % and rear 76.92 % . - This has been possible to interpret some of the results that have emerged in this study , for example, the lack of moral in the number of embryos per mother may be due caused by a deficiency in the production of the basic components of the cells , while the increase in the proportion of embryos absorbed into the uterus to the medications used may hinder the passage of acid leucine amino as well as magnesium ions through the placenta from mother to fetus , where the lack of these materials has caused a high rate of absorption of fetuses in the womb. The reason for most of the structural distortions displayed in these study Valmarja that caused the failure is in the process of calcification of cartilage with a defect in the production of complex sugars due to lack of manganese ions within the body of the fetus .
