المستخلص

The first years of a child’s life is the foundation of his education and formation, as they have a significant impact in the construction of the base building compositional theme for the growth of the child, which will affect the construction of the child’s personality future, and therefore educators should be given full freedom for the child during the first years of his life in order to grow their talents and abilities and potential and skills properly, leading to the formation of an integrated child from all directions and fields and aspects.
In this sense, the kindergarten, which represents the first years of the child’s age is a crucial stage of the stages of building the human personality, because their effect indelible lifelong interest in this stage means interest in the future of the nation; because the child today is a young future, which leads the nation to progress and development and help on the face of the ongoing challenges of technology.
Learning to learn, and the ability to self-learning, and the ability to solve the problems of the environment is a goal independent learning, and this goal always grows in climate tutorial that allows freedom, as it turned out to be the best learning possible can only happen when you allow the learning environment of freedom and self when imposed learning environment learner to exercise freedom to take responsibility for what is learning what his choice.
Many experts thought that the use of the computer is one of the methods of self-learning has become an obvious necessity and a prerequisite in education, due to the excellence computer features a unique innovative make a basic components of the curriculum, and there is a direct relationship and documents between your computer and motor activities in physical education, as Renaissance Physical Education relies heavily on the computer where it has to do with the process of performance analysis and how to reach this performance to the stage high, have proven empirical studies many that the programs advanced technology allows the teacher to encourage learners and motivate them to participate in motor activities and sports with enthusiasm and activity and show results high level.
The kindergarten is the stage of acquiring children psychomotor skills essential Calgary jump and partridge, and the development of these skills through a strategy of self-learning using a computer is considered one of the best strategies that help children develop these skills due to its climate good tutorial allows freedom of self for children, and helps attract attention and eliminate the boredom felt by children in traditional education methods, and helps every child to learn and progress and development in accordance with their needs and abilities, skills and potential.
The research problem and its significance:
The preschool is the most important stages throughout the individual in his life because of their significant impact on building the individual’s personality and development of all aspects, )Saadia Bahadur 1987) and (Huda Elnashf 1989) and (Seham Bdore 1992) confirmed all that the motor activities play an important role in raising a child of pre-school and the development of his personality from all sides.
The numerous and varied teaching strategies and methods that can be used in the development of basic motor skills of pre-school children, but it is still the largest in reliance learning process focused on the traditional way ”, a way of dumping and explanation.
The use of a strategy of self-learning computer in education teaching motor of the most recent trends in this field, and stresses Cameron (Cameron2002) should be used to teach motor skills in order to refine the talents and abilities of children, and develop their motor, and make learning kept the impact, as recommended by many researchers the importance of using a strategy of self-learning because of its advantages and effective in improving motor performance and sports, and need for attention to programs developed that work on the development of skills and motor skills for kindergarten (such as Rehab Mohamed Mahmoud (2006), (Nahed Ismail 2000), (Yasser Mohammad Ghazali 1999), (Amal Abdel Fattah Ahmed 1997) , (Mohamed Zine El Abidine 1998).
Due to the limited use of modern methods of learning in general and the use of computers in particular (to the knowledge of the researcher) in the vast majority of institutions Altaliimih, identified research problem to the need to need to invest and hire one of the strategies of modern learning a strategy of self-learning computer-based and their impact on development Some basic motor skills in preschool children.
And then tried to prepare a proposed program researcher using computer based on a modern learning strategies which is self-learning strategy for the children of pre-school; whereby D development of basic motor skills they have in a manner commensurate with the nature and characteristics of their development.
Objective of this research:
The research aims to to develop modules are programmed using the computer to identify the impact of a program based on self-learning strategy in the development of some of the basic motor skills (walking- running- hopping- one foot hopping - jumping) in the pre-school child.
Research hypotheses:
1- There are significant differences in the level of basic motor skills performance between the pre and post measurements in favor of the post measurement of the experimental group.
2- There were statistically significant differences in the level of basic motor skills performance between the pre and post measurements for dimensional measurement of the control group.
3- There are significant differences in the level of basic motor skills performance between the two posts measurements to the experimental group and the control group in favor of the post measurement of the experimental group.
Search Procedures:
Research Methodology
The researcher used the experimental method for suitability to the nature of the research, using the design of the two groups (experimental - control) using pre and post measurement.
The research sample
Sample was selected randomly after the disposal of a number (7) and a girl child, (2) a child because of satisfactory conditions, and (5) a child to travel outside conditions.
Sample was split 65 children (33 males, 32 females) Ranging in age from 5-6 years, were divided into: experimental group consisting of 20 children (10 males, 10 females), and a control group consisting of 20 children (10 males, 10 females), and a reconnaissance first consists of 15 children (8 males, 7 females), and a reconnaissance second consists of 10 children (5 males, 5 females).
Data collection tools:
 Drawing a manTest by Jodanv, Fatima Hanafy 1983
 Data registration form
 Basic motor skills test under discussion
 The proposed program
Statistical treatment
The researcher used (SPSS) statistical treatments of the following:
 The arithmetic average.
 Standard deviation.
 Sprain coefficient.
 Correlation coefficient.
 T-test for significant differences.
Conclusions
1- The researcher concluded that there has been a marked improvement in the performance level of the basic motor skills and represented in the (walking- running- hopping- one foot hopping - jumping) after the application of the proposed program.
2- The use of self-learning method using the computer to raise the motivation of children to practice motor activities and helped to increase the confidence of themselves tightening their attention and grew to have good listening and viewing, attention and concentration.
3- The use of self-learning method using the computer to increased rates of progress in the experimental group better for the control group, which led to the improvement of the educational process and the skills they have in basic motor skills under discussion.
4- The validity of the use of self-learning method using the computer in the development of some basic motor skills of pre-school children.
Recommendations
1- The use of self-learning because of its positive impact on the development of basic motor skills in kindergarten.
2- The need to develop training courses for kindergarten teachers and students kindergarten colleges for self-learning method and how it is used in the development of various skills in kindergarten.
3- Drawing the attention of kindergarten teachers need to use self-learning strategy using the computer in the development of some basic motor skills of preschool child.
4- Interest in the activity of motor to the stage of preschool child, and develop programs kinetics of different commensurate with the nature of this age group because of its great importance later, where they basically direction to the child after that for sports granulocytes him, and the appropriate skills and abilities acquired in childhood.
5- Conduct research on the impact of computer-based self-learning skills and different kinetics of games and in other Sunni ages.
6- Emphasis on the principle of self-learning and giving the child learner sufficient freedom to participate in the learning process and interact with them in a positive way.
7- Keep pace with modern technological development in the preparation of mobility programs for pre-school children.
8- Need to focus on building educational computer programs based on multimedia appropriate for kindergarten children, as well as conducting studies linking technology and the growth of different abilities and skills for kindergarten children.
The proposed research:
1- The effectiveness of the use of self-learning strategy in the development of some of the language skills of pre-school children.
2- The effectiveness of the use of self-learning strategy in the development of some of the math skills of pre-school children.
3- Effective strategy Learning through peers in the development of some basic motor skills of preschool child.
4- The effectiveness of the use of the music program in the development of some of the basic motor skills of preschool child.5The effectiveness of the use of self-learning strategy to teach the game of football in pre-school children.
