Abstract

The study aimed to stand on the registration of dental injuries and rates of occurrence and presence , whether these diseases and injuries, birth defects , the animal was born or praise occurred in the early stages of growth or acquired in adult reconstruction .
In this regard were examined 2000 cases of equine animals platoon The study areas included animals received the College of Veterinary Medicine veterinary units side surroundings.
The total number of animals previous show that 315 state was suffering various injuries teeth and between them either birth defects born by animal or occurred in periods of age and all these are put under the heading of birth defects were represented 15.6% The other injuries were acquired and amounted to 84 , 4% .
It was these types of injuries as follows :
First:
Birth defects :
1 - The presence in the incisors and wrap were represented 28.6 & .
2 - the continued presence of deciduous incisors in the animal ’s increase of 7.1 % .
3 - The presence of spaced between the teeth Traouhnt the often from a few millimeters to offer a full year has been recording these kinds of injuries in a fierce cutouts along the upper and lower jaws and the injury rate was 22.5 % .
4 - concavity mandible ( 12.2 % ) .
5 - and an increase in the numbers of teeth This increase ranged from 4-5 years old and was in a group cutouts.
* Noted that these injuries appear in adult reconstruction , which aged between 3 or 35 years , as well as frequent or increasing rates of occurrence among males than females .
