One of the most important functions of educational technology is helping learners to learn through exerting real activity and self-efforts in order to achieve the objective of the learning process. Computer and educational software is one of the most important means of technology which invests students’ senses with color, movements and sounds. and it provides an element of excitement and education enrichment which is the most important means of self-learning and its individualized learning allows students to learn according to their speed and reduce the time of learning that leads to improving learning outcomes of knowledge and skill and compassionate. The use of the computer as a teaching assistant for the teacher and students to provide information and concepts better and easier than the traditional method where it can be used by more than one way, there are educational programs that display drawings and samples and animations, which makes the displaying information process interesting and exciting to attract the attention of pupils to lessons and create an active environment and interactive between machine and man and the development of positive attitudes of pupils towards the materials seen as difficult and complex and the use of different methods of promotion through various media elements to urge students to keep studying. The most important a teacher’s skills is to use the style of enhancement because of its impact on improving learning outcomes and many studies confirmed on the importance of the use of reinforcement in the learning process and its impact on raising the standard of learning through the types of reinforcement and learning management based on the promotion of learning and clear the importance of strengthening within the computer software from submission through the multimedia elements that attract the attention of the learner and provide quality interaction between the learner and the program here and have a positive and active learner. The use of audio, video and other multimedia elements in educational computer programs will arouse the children and adults, children are naturally attracted to the new innovations in a remarkable way that’s why computer is beloved to every child in everywhere. Due to the spread of technology and various educational means, its applications and focus on programs of individual learning the application of learning technology has become in the field of special needs, especially mental disabilities through the use of several educational methods do well through educational plan take into account the characteristics of these children, especially the computer and its various multimedia. learning from other ordinary reference to IQ, it needs a lot of repetition and him every time with the use of methods to help remembering , praising and encouragement (reinforcement ) focus on concentration and then feel the enthusiasm and excitement about what they are trying to do. No longer has the question in the field of modern research the question about the importance of using the computer, but it becomes the comparison between the methods of the use of multimedia elements in educational computer programs. Despite the plenty of studies that dealt with the production of computer educational software and its effect on the outcomes of different learning as well as some studies have addressed variables of these programs from the audio and image and the type of used interaction but there is a paucity in dealing with forms and patterns of reinforcement of different variables essential in these programs and examine their impact on children, especially for people with the special needs of the mentally disabled who are the educable. As foregoing, the importance of promotion and its impact is clear on the development of skills and achievement which called for the use of patterns of reinforcement to help these students, which encouraged the researcher to think in a study of the use patterns of promotion through various multimedia elements and their impact on the learning process of pupils with special needs who are able to learn. This main question has the following sub-questions: 1 – What are computer skills should be available to students with special needs who are able to learn? 2 - What is the effect of computered multi-media program based on the type of (audio/ visual / audio-video) enhancement on each of:-v The development of computer skills among students with special needs who are educable? v Cognitive Achievement associated with computer skills to students with special needs who are educable? v Trends of pupils with special needs who are able to learn the computer? 3 - What is the effect of the different pattern of enhancement in educational computer programs (audio / visual / audiovideo) on each of: v The development of computer skills among students with special needs who are educable? v Cognitive Achievement associated with computer skills to students with special needs who are educable? v Trends of pupils with special needs who are able to learn the computer? 4- What is the relationship between the scores of the three experimental groups (audio / visual / Samabesra) in the application of dimensional scores (achievement test card / note / scale direction)? Research Objectives: Current research aims to: 1 - a list of computer skills among students with special needs who are educable. The importance of research: 1 - To emphasize the importance of using different types of reinforcement in educational computer programs with students with special needs who are able to learn. 2 - Research may contribute in raising the achievement level of knowledge and the development of computer skills to students with special needs who are able to learn through the different patterns of reinforcement provided in the educational computer programs. 3 - To reach the best strengthening method of the development of computer skills among students with special needs. Search limits: The current research is limited on the following: 1 - patterns of reinforcement: audio / visual / Audio-video. 2 - Computer skills, including skills to deal with the physical parts of the computer and deal with the Windows operating system. 3 - Measuring the impact of different patterns of reinforcement programs in educational computer multi-media on the development of computer skills and cognitive achievement and the trend towards the computer Research Hypotheses: The current research sought to validate the following hypotheses: 1 - There is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of tribal and post application of the test grades for the three experimental groups (audio / visual / audio-video) for dimensional application. 2 - There is a statistically significant difference between the average degree of application of tribal and post card to the note of the three experimental groups (audio / visual / audiovideo) for dimensional application. 3 - There is a statistically significant difference between the average degree of application of tribal and ex-post measure of the direction of the three experimental groups (audio / visual / audio-video) for dimensional application. 4 - There is a statistically significant difference between the average degree of dimensional application of the three experimental groups (audio / visual / audio-video) in the achievement test. 5 - There is a statistically significant difference between the average degree of dimensional application of the three experimental groups (audio / visual / audio-video) in the note card. 6 - There is a statistically significant difference between the average degree of dimensional application of the three experimental groups (audio / visual / audio-video) in the scale direction. 7 - no statistically significant correlation between (achievement test card / note / scale direction) in degrees dimensional application of the experimental groups, regardless of the pattern of reinforcement. Search Tools: 1 - an achievement test before / after to the cognitive skills associated with the computer (prepared by the researcher). 2 - the note card to measure the performance of students to computer skills (prepared by the researcher). 3 - Measure of the trend towards computer (prepared by the researcher). Search procedures: To answer the questions contained in the research problem the researcher followed a search procedures in accordance with the following steps: - 1–Preparing conceptual framework which addresses the discussion and analysis of studies and previous research and \Preparing a list of general and procedural objectives. 3 - Display a list of goals set by the arbitrators, to express their views and opinions in accordance with the amendment to reach to its final image. 4 - Preparing a list of computer skills of the principal and subsidiary for pupils with special needs who are educable to deal with the computer. 5 - Display a list of skills on a group of judges to express their views and opinions in accordance with the amendment to reach to its final image. 6 - The preparation of appropriate educational content in the light of the general and procedural objectives. 7 - Display educational content on a group of judges to express their views and opinions in accordance with the amendment to reach its final image. 8 - Building experimental material of treatment personification in multi-media educational computer programs that differ in the pattern of enhancement provided and the content includes information and skills related to computer renderings. 9 - Presentation of the program on a group of judges. To express their views and proposals and make the necessary adjustments in order to verify the validity of the program. 10 - Preparation of research tools: A - Preparation of achievement test of the cognitive skills associated with the computer and Displaying the achievement test on a group of arbitrators and the amendment in accordance with their views. b - The preparation of the note card to measure the performance of students towards computer skills and View card note to a group of arbitrators and to demonstrate the validity of the amendment in accordance with their views. c - Building the trend towards scale computer after reviewing the literature related to building standards direction and Display scale trend towards the computer on a group of arbitrators to legalize it. 11 - To experiment with scoping to search for the validity and reliability of research tools to get to the final image. 12 - Select basic research sample and distributing toresearch groups according to experimental design for research. 13 - The application of research tools on the tribal basic research sample. 14 - Virtual teaching program of the experimental groups, according to the experimental design for research. 15 - The application of research tools after basic research sample. 16 - statistical treatments and procedures for monitoring and analyzing the results and interpretation. 17 - Make recommendations and proposals in the light of the search results. Proposals: May be proposed for future research and studies the following: 1 - study the effectiveness of a web-based program in the development of various skills to people with special needs who are the learning 2 - Design and production of educational programs in various subjects for students with special needs who are the learning. 3 - To study the effectiveness of educational computer programs in the development of Internet skills to students with special needs who are the learning. 4 - Study the effect of consolidation in the audio software on the development of computer skills for people with special needs who are the training. 5 - Study the effect of different types of reinforcement used in the current study and its impact on developing the skills of ordinary students. |
