Abstract

Mycotoxins are considered secondary to the outputs of the metabolic processes of the different types of fungi that grow naturally on many kinds of crops that are used for human food and animal. The use of lead-contaminated feed these toxins as feed for chickens to serious health damage and lower production of these birds, leading to significant economic losses affecting the poultry industry in Egypt and most important of these toxins is a poison aflatoxin. One hundred ninety-two day old duck Bikini was used to evaluate the efficiency of Alentratox as an antioxidant biological and two herbal anti-fungal toxins (turmeric and Silymarin) in resisting the diet contaminated with 700 parts per clay aflatoxin. Alavlatoxn been prepared by the laboratory development Asbrasziles Flavius mushroom in the middle of Amai special then this fungus was injected in sterile rice. Measurements were selected by the standards of poultry production (deaths, bird weight, feed conversion ratio, the weight of members such as the liver, spleen and gland Fabrichos, and biochemical parameters of blood serum). Despite the addition of diet contaminated with 700 ppb caused the deaths started from the fourth day and reached 50% on the seventh day from the age of ducks, but that the addition of turmeric and Alsellmarin and Alentratox caused mortality began the day 6,5 and 6 and reached 50% in a day 9.13 0.17 from the age of ducks in order. Aflatoxins have led to an acute shortage of bird weight and growth rate. Although the weight gain in the birds treated Balentratox not significantly affected by the addition of Alavlatuken during the experiment, but the birds that feed on Alsellmarin and Alavlatoxn negatively affected in the first week of life only ducks, but not in the second and third week. Affected ducks, which feeds on turmeric and toxin aflatoxin negatively during the period of the experiment by adding toxin aflatoxin. The proportion of feed conversion add Aflatoxins have improved very Alentratox add to the diet contaminated with toxins. Did not show any significant differences between the groups in bird weights or weight member (liver, spleen and gland Fabrichos) in dead birds or slaughtered for the duration of the experiment.
