Abstract calcium is an important component of healthy diet and a mineral necessary for life . it plays an importantrole in building stronger denser bones early in life and keeping bones strong and healthy later in life. The aim of present work was to: - surveying study on the available calcium content in the different consumed fermented milk products in relationship with the diet importance. - study the calcium fortification technology and the possibility of producing of calcium enriched yogurt. |
