Abstract
The clinical characteristics and biochemical effects of diabetes mellitus on the kidney are well described. However, there are still debates concerning the precise nature of the associating histological and histochemical variations.
consequently, this study was performed to gain some insight into the changes which occur in the kidneys due to diabetes mellitus, using rabbit as an experimental model and alloxan as diabetes induced drug. y so doing, this may provide a proper guide line for predicting the progress and following U an appropriate management.
