There is a class of society segments lost grace of sight. These category which lived on the sidelines of life. The society did not give her any attention. But this view has changed on the modem age. Because advanced courtiers realize the importance of the blind care. Many research studies on this sector to help them to develop a variety of programs for them in the various fields of life, and those programs designed to teach the blind how to stand on its ovvn in most areas of his life and adapt to his peers and even beyond that to help the blind to adapt to the members of his community.
Visual disability lead to disorder of movement , lack of mobility , the ability to control the environment , the growth of a sense of fear , anxiety, hesitation , lack of efficiency of daily activity and the lack of opportunities to play, which allows identification of the environment and movement slcill deficiencies affecting the disabled to accept the same.
The category of the blind in Egypt and the world at a high rate and increased interest recently in the international agreement especially in the fields of sports because of its importance in the spread the spirit of optimism. The sense of sight associated with a complete correlation inner ear and thus balance.
As the practice of karate, especially kata, including the change in direction, and a variety of skills depends on the balance. We found that the practice of kata as the basic essence of karate is the entrance good for the blind to compensate for the sense of sight. where movement and balance for the blind is the way to see a compensation mental (God supplied them with it) and we have the development of it.
Research problem: -
The blindness or its weakness is one of the injuries that are difficult in practice most sports activities. because of these practices depends on the sense of sight significantly, especially in
2
the feedback process. Which, helps the individual practitioner for any sporting activity to atnend its responses kinetic to going in the right direction . As a result will be affected blind movement
responses and therefore can not acquire movement skills for various sports activities properly.
The development of sports programs to the blind is of great importance as it helps them to improve their functional performance and the level cif achievement . As that play is an important means to strengthen the body of the blind and improvement there endurance and master the process of exploration and develop of its experience and the formation of moral values and maintain the equilibrium of movement.
where a base equilibrium important thing in karate, using gravity for stability in the movements and breach of equilibrium in the kata are base equilibrium caused by the stability of the body at the end of the movement In the second movement tends player’s Icnee in the direction of the new movement to prejudice the balance itself. When it is paid the ground foot other base equilibrium in
the direction of a new player moves her body so as to resist gravity.
Seems completely blind to balance the muscles associated with eye and that scares blind hyperactivity in the dark void of a friendly .Game of karate will contribute significantly to the development of these senses. This may be the reason behind the lack of published research and develop appropriate programs for this category. And of course has to be modified the allocation of
sports programs other than special category of blind public education programs.
The importance of research: -
Attention to the education of’ blind is a duty to ensure by the Member States to build a society does not know the deficit. In the belief that every individual ha:3 the right to play an active role in
3
society and should not be even the cause of the deprivation of this right. And perhaps the important objectives here is to introduce programs Karate for the blind, especially kata for the development of physical abilities, and has thus applied research useful. Art of karate is not just an effective means of self-defense only. But it is practiced by the opportunity to adopt a balanced and healthy way of life depends on the compatibility with the body, mind and spirit. For further clarification helps human karate discipline and increases its ability to focus and self-aware. While support
training to organize and provide interactive nature of the Karate an appropriate environment to learn and practice the slcills needed in real life, such as humility and respect for others and devotion as well as positive in dealing with different situations additions to the integrity (i.e., discipline, behavioral) and in some articles of the law karate found that the kata in the basis depends on the mental visualization, knowing that the blind have a high degree of mental perception.
Objective of the research: -
Aims to in principle: -
Identify the impact of the use of some special training on the slcills of kata and improving balance for the Blind.
Hypotheses: -
- There are statistically significant differences between the pre measurement and post test measurement of the sample in a component of the balance in favor of post test measurement. 2 — There are statistically significant differences between the pre measurement
and post test measurement of the sample in the level of wholesale
performance movement (kata) in favor of post test
measurement.

Research procedunes: -
The researcher used the experimental method for its relevance to the nature of the research.
Research community: -
Represents the research coinmunity students enrolled in primary school for the blind and the light involved in the type of visual disability and the 16 students
Research : -
The sample will be selected in the manner of deliberate primary school students in a school fbr the blind light Kafr-El-Sheik governorate province and contained a number (16) students and included a survey of 5 students from the same school is a sample of the study. And age (8-10 years). Make a booklet to explain some of the first kata skills and education of the blind of the kata (in Braille), before starting the training program. Will assess the level of performance by the arbitrators in the area of specialization
is measured equilibrium level after optimization.
Data collection instruments: -
- Survey reference for studies and research, programs and tests. - Form data sample individuals.
- Form a poll of arbitrators in the field of specialization before and
after the program for improving the performance and improved stability.
Tests used in the search: -
The researcher used tests equilibrium tests based on scientific literature and studies of similar and in agreement with supervisors was as follows: -
- Walking test (a measure of Bordeaux) Annex ( 7 ).
- Broad jump test of stability Annex ( 8 ).
- Test balance motion (performance skill Mai Jerry upside down on abench Swedish) Annex ( 9 ).
- Test balance motion (performance slcill Yoko Jerry upside down on abench Swedish) Annex ( 10 ).
5
Devices and research tools: -
-A tape measure
-Stopwatch
- Whistle
- Swedish seat to perform tests of balance
Conclusions: -
Find in the light of the objective and within the sample and the statistical treatment of research data could be reached the following conclusions: -
- Affect the proposed program of karate (kata) the impact of a positive balance on the movement in question on the sample.
-The presence of significant differences between tribal measurement and measurement post test for the measurement tests used in the sample under study.
-The proposed training program showed a positive effect on the level of performance skills in kata.
Recommendation: -
In light of the results reached in this research the researcher recommends the following: -
-Be guided by the content and loads of training methods used during the
training program proposed for the development of balance and movement
skill performance level of the sentence in motion sport competitions fighting false karate.
-The need to study the possibility of applying a pull karate as rapporteur for
the different stages of education to the blind.
-Carry out scientific research in similar stages of the various age and in other
sports to keep up with the level of progress on the world stage.
