Abstract
This Study was planned to compare the result of functional and radiological outcome of patients with depressed later tibial plateau fractures treated by open reduction internal fixation and elevation with autogenous bone grafting verus bone substitutes prospectively with follow up period that ranged from five to twelve months with an average of 8.1 months.
