The frequency of isolates of P. aeruginosa varied according to sample source being most common in sputum (41.3%), followed by urine (28.8%), burn (33.6%). On the other hand, lowest frequency of isolation was recorded in ear (3.8%), blood (3.8%) and catheter tip (2.9%) samples.
