The aims of the study:
1-Revealing the educational activities needs in deaf students in “Al-Amal” schools for deaf.
2-Recognizing the extent of meeting the needs of deaf students in “Al-Amal” schools for deaf through the educational activities.
3-Recognizing the barriers that face the activities in achieving its role for the deaf student in “Al-Amal” schools for deaf.
The importance of the study:
1-Directing the responsible for special education to the shortage aspects in the practiced educational activities by the deaf students in “Al-Amal” schools for deaf and hard – hearing.
2-The necessity of developing it from the side of the responsible, it seems to be neglected on the reality, especially in the deaf schools.
3-Maintaining the importance of the educational activity in achieving the educational aims in “Al-Amal” schools for deaf and hard – hearing.
The limitation of the study:
The current study is restructured to “Al-Amal” schools for deaf, and hard – hearing students, in Dakahlia Governorate.
The sample of the study:
1-The students (male – female) of the preparatory and secondary levels in “Al-Amal” school is for deaf.
2-The teachers of “Al-Amal” schools for deaf.
3-The principals, spectators, deputies, administrators of “Al-Amal” schools for deaf.
4-Special education directors and the ministry of education.
The tools of the study:
1-A questionnaire directed to students of “Al-Amal” schools for deaf.
2-A questionnaire directed to all the responsible for the educational activities in “Al-Amal” schools for deaf.
Study results:
1.Lack of educational courses for workers in the schools, which aims to raise awareness about the importance of educational activities and their relationship to curriculum.
2.Lack of budgets allocated to programs for educational activities and inadequate to cover all programs of activities.
3.Educational activities increase the motivation to study, collection and self-learning.
4.Educational activities provide deaf to the values and behaviors associated with positive life.
