Abstract
Lip and perioral reconstruction represent a significant challenge for the
plastic and reconstructive surgeon. In addition to the clear immediate need for soft
tissue coverage, there is also the challenge of re-establishing oral competence and
function. There is many modalities in its management with variable results. In this
study , we focus on different modalities to reconstruct lip and perioral region either
due to trauma , burn or tumours.
