Abstract A Comparative spectroscopic study of fifteen milk samples from different cities of Egypt was investigated for the determination of some trace elements in these samples. The collected samples were acid digested and analyzed by three analytical techniques namely flame atomic absorption spectrometry ( FAAS ) , graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry ( GFAAS ) and Fourier Transform Infrared. The agreement between the results obtained by the different studied techniques was found to be good for most of the determined elements. |
