Abstract
This study was designed to investigate the effect of different surface treatment methods on surface roughness and bond strength of zirconia ceramics. A total of 21 yttria tetragonal zirconia polycrystals (Y-TZP) discs were constructed from Ice zirconia blocks and copy milled by the zirkonzahn system. The samples were classified according to surface treatment method into three group (sandblasting group / silica coating group / laser group). All the samples were subjected to roughness measurements and shear bond strength testing.
