Abstract

The present investigation was undertaken to determine whether accumulated
acrylamide doses in healthy albino Swiss mice might affect the function of
myoneural junctions as well as skeletal muscle, by producing morphological and
histological changes in the different components, or not.
To the best of our knowledge, this is the first detailed light and
ultrastructural study that showed a spectrum of neuromuscular alterations due to
ACR and/or A-Viton treatment.
In order to determine the relationship between the dose of ACR
administration and its toxicity, two dose levels were used.
