Abstract

Premenstrual syndrome PMS is the term to designate a set of symptomsoccurring during the latter half of the menstrual cycle and disappearing at the onset of the menstrual flow.
It has been estimated that about 40% of all women between theb ages of 14 and years experience significantp pre menstrual tension.
The main reported sympoms of PMS are nervous tension depression irritablity anxiety bloated feeling of the abdomen breast and legs pain and tightness of the skin.
