Abstract
WindFloat concept is a recent innovation that appears beside the main categories of offshore wind turbine. It consists of three columns forming an equilateral triangle ; one of these columns is supporting the tower with the turbine blades. The structural design of such a structure is not explicity given in the classification societies rules.
