Abstract Dead –arm disease of grapevine that cause about phomopsis viticola (Kundert, 1973 ; Speulveda,1979;Cazelles et al.,1991; Faretra et al.,1993and Merrin et al.,1995),is considererd one of the most important disease which infected grapevine. The disease symptoms were beginning with black elliptical lesions on the first (3-4) basel internodes and black leaf spotson leaves.This fungus can infected fruits during the blume, but no appear to any symptoms in this stage, but the symptoms appear during the soft berries stage that cause fruits rot and its DROPs on the ground, that cause also fruits rot and its DROPs on the ground, that cause also to a very loose in the crop. thus, this investigation was conducted to study the causal organisms of this disease in the different localities in relation to the prevailing environmental conditions. The optimum temperature, the different media, PH for the mycelium growth, the reaction of different grape varieties, host range of the causal organisms. Evaluation of some different chemical control (Fungicides, Calcium salts and antyoxidante), cultural control and integrated control. |
