Abstract his chapter presented output comparisons of various architectural components, ranging from basic gates to complex median filter processing structures. The comparisons where made between the CMOS implementation and the CNFET implementation of the architecture. The results in this chapter should be used to fine-tune the design to achieve desired performance and power requirements, and should then be transformed into binding steps mentioned before in Chapter 2. The binding steps detail the actual process of assembling the designed circuit, and should be based on the building block of standard cell binding steps, just like CMOS design is based on the building block of standard cell layout and size. |
