Abstract (Effect of merging some processes in jeans trousers treatment by enzymes on performance behavior of apparel) In this study on jeans trousers, the researcher uses one type of denim fabrics. Applying two types of processes, first, standard processes in separated paths (desizing with amylase and enzymatic stone wash with neutral or acid cellulase enzyme).Second, merging processes desizing and enzymatic stone wash in one path. The researcher compares between stnandard processes and merging processes. The researcher also tries to detect the optimum conditions for mergmg processes. Aim of thesis: Merging processes (desizing with amylase and enzymatic stone wash with neutral or acid cellulase enzyme) in jeans trousers treatment achieve that: •Reduce the cost of product because of saving time, water, and energy of jeans trousers production. •Increase the productivity of jeans trousers. •Reduce the side effects of treatment on performance behavior of jeans trousers The researcher compares between standard processes and merging processeand also tries to detect the optimum conditions for merging processes. The thesis divides into parts chapters: Part One Literature Review This chapter covers literature review of this research. This part divides into three chapters: Chapter one Cotton Fibers The researcher studies in this chapter cotton fibers ,leading producer countries, charateristics of cotton structure and properties of cotton fibers. |
