Abstract Previous studies ensure that the increase hyperglycemia and hypercholesterolemia for men, women and children (especially Diabetes mellitus) so, it was very important to find other solution to face these diseases. We discover the benefit of some spices which we use in our daily life to decrease the risk factor of occurrence with these two diseases to be a prevention factor and replacement for drugs and other medication which have side effect beside its therapeutic role. This study aim to know the effect of different concentration from cinnamon, marjoram, ginger (spices that used) we used these spices lonely and equalized mixture of them. The importance of the study also to obtain the prevention point of these diseases through feeding healthy experimental rats with these different concentrations of spices. The study was divided into three periods, the first one to feed rats with basal diet then incidence of disease then treatment about add these components (spices) clean, pure, powder and fresh to regular diet. It was very important to study other un expected effect of using these spices throughout laboratory and histopathologicaly analysis of rats serum. |
