Abstract
A Pharmacokinetics of tylosin (10mg/kg) and amoxicillin (10mg/kg) in the serum milk and urine were studied afterv a single i.v. and i. m. administrations in goats . Pre treatment with lead acetate (10mg/kg /day,P.O) for successive 12 weeks to induce subchronic lead intoxication and to study the effect of subchronic lead intoxication on the kinetic parameters of tylosin and amoxicillin.
