المستخلص
يعد التقويم وسيلة هامة من وسائل الإدارة، ويمكن الوصول من خلاله إلى معرفة نتائج الأعما ل ومقارنته ا
. بالمقاييس والمستويات المعدة سلفًاً، ومدى تحقيق العملية التربوية للأهداف المراد بلوغها
. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي- الدراسات المسحية - بخطواته وإجراءاته .( يتحدد مجتمع البحث من العاملين بالمشروع القومى لإعداد الناشئين ، والبالغ عددهم ( ٣٩٦ -
قام الباحث باختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائ ي ة البسيطة وتمثلت ف ى ( ١٠٠ ) من العاملين بالمشرو ع
القومى لإعداد الناشئين بن س ب ة ( ٢٥,٣ %) وتمثلت م ن (المدربين – مساعد المدر ب (إدارى)- المشرف
العام- المشرف المالى – عامل بالمشروع – طبيب بالمشروع – اللجنة العليا).
استعان الباحث في جمع بيانات هذه الدراسة بالأدوات التالية:

توصيات البحث:
في ضوء المنهج المستخدم وهد ف البحث وفي إطار العينة التي تم إجراء الدراسة عليه ا، يتقدم البا ح ث
بالتوصيات التالية والنابعة من الاستخلاصات التي تم التوصل إليها من خلال عرض وتفسير ومناقشة النتائج:
- يقوم الباحث بتقديم هذه التوصيات للمسئولين عن المشروع القومى لإعداد الناشئين بالمجلس القومى للرياضة.
- تعدد وسائل الدعاية والإعلان لتشمل: الإذاعة والتلفزيون والصحافة و الانترنت.
- أن يعين مسئول للعلاقات العامة للمشروع داخل كل محافظة.
- أن يتم مشاركة العاملين بالمشروع فى وضع سياسات وإجراءات العمل بالمشروع.
- تنظيم لقاءات ومسابقات بين المراكز بصفة مستمرة ومنتظمة.

The Evaluation of Administrative performance for The National project for

Evaluation is an important means of management tools, and can be accessed through it to see the
business results and compare standards and levels of prepared, and the extent of the educational process
to achieve the objectives to be attained.
Research Approach: The researcher used the descriptive method - surveys - and the steps and
procedures.
Research Society; Identify the research community of the national project staff to prepare of junior and
numbered (396).
Research sample:
The researcher selected sample in the manner of simple random and represented in the (100) of
workers to the project’s national prepare youth by (25.3%) and consisted of (instructors - assistant
coach (manager) - General Supervisor - Supervisor Financial - The factor of the project - a doctor to the
project - the Higher Committee ).
Data Collecting Tool:
-Document analysis.
- Questionnaire to evaluation the administrative performance of the national project for the preparation
of junior.
Recommendations:
In light of the methodology used and the aim of the research in the framework of the sample
that has been conducting the study it, make the following recommendations and researcher stemming
from the conclusions reached through the presentation and interpretation and discussion of results:
- Te researcher to provide such recommendations to the responsible for the National Project for
the preparation of young National Council for Sports.
- The multiplicity of the means of advertising to include: radio, television and the press and the
Internet.
- To appoint a public relations official for the project within each province.
- To be the participation of workers in the project to develop policies and procedures of the
project.
- That the organization of meetings and competitions between the centers and regular ongoing
basis.
- To be activated protocols of cooperation between the National Council for Sport and the
(Ministry of Education - clubs and associations on the type of game).
