Abstract

Learning disability (LD) is the most common child hood disorder requiring special education services. LD is a heterogeneous group of disorder manifested by significant difficulties in the acquisition and use of listening speaking, reading, writing, reasoning or mathematical skills. The prevalence rate for LD school age children may reach up to 5%.
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a heterogeneous disorder and one of major clinical and public health problems in child hood. ADHD affect 1 – 10% of children and is characterized by a persistent pattern of inattention and or hyperactivity/ impulsivity and 30% of children with ADHD have LD.
