المستخلص
The aspects of culture consist of interrelated practices and ideas within the institutions of adaptive and functional linkages, highlighting its role within the environment as the values and ideas that are acquired to help man to adapt to the environmental patterns which define those practices and ideas in society.
On studying the impact of development in culture or vice versa we must, look for the regulating things such as the connection between The materialistic type, The economic regulation, kinship, religion and people’s ideas and others, highlighting the meaning of The symbols of that changing culture which describes the aspects of development, and its role in clarifying the impact of development in the culture of any society.
The basic factor in the development process is its impact on the cultural side, because the relationship between culture and development is a mutual influence relation. If the culture is disabled or commandeered for the process of development in some communities, the process of development will strongly influence the elements of culture like values , world views, knowledge, and symbols that represent the types of social interaction, the legitimacy and criteria which govern them.
The Dissertation contains seven chapters preceded by introduction and indexes and followed by a conclusion, a bibliography and appendices.
- The Introduction includes a definition of the relationship between the symbol and the development processes and how that culture is an integral part of development strategy in all its aspects, justifying the choice of the issue.
