Abstract

Tea is one of the most widely consumed beverages in the world,next only to water and well ahead of coffee, beer, wine and carbonated soft drinks. Nowadays, people have paid special attention to its healthy effect on the human body. Green tea and its constituent catechins are best known for their antioxidant properities, which has led to their evaluation in a number of diseases associated with reactive oxygen species (ROS), such as cancer, cardiovascular and neurodegenerative diseases. Green tea have been shown to be anti-angiogenic (prevention of tumor blood vessel growth), anti-carcinogenic and anti-mutagenic anti-diabetic effects in animal models of insulin resistance, and has been shown to promote energy expenditure. Other health benefits attributed to green tea include antibacterial, anti-HIV, anti-aging and anti-inflammatory activity, and antiobesity, anti-arteriosclerotic and anti-viral, So the purpose of present study is to investigate the effect of green. tea on serum and blood levels of some labors who under effects of some vapors solvents,This study was carried on sample of (120 Volunteer) labors that
under effects of some vapors solvents, Their aged ranged from 17 to 65 years old .They were chosen from factories of shoes from Banha Kalyobiya governorate Egypt. Each group contained (30 labors)and classified to four groups. Group (1): control negative (-) group who chosen from outside the
factory and didn’t effect of any solvents and no taking green
tea. Group (2): control positive (+) group who under effect of solvents and no taking green tea.Group (3): test group 3 who chosen from outside the factory and didn’t effect of any solvents and taking green tea for one month.Group (4): test group 4 who under effect of solvents and taking green tea for one month. Green tea was purcahased from the local market which was in the form of pectates weighing 5 grams for one then it used directly in experimental.Green tea was prepared by boiling water and then put sugar and packaging it in cups and then put the boiling water and after 3-4 minutes is disarmament and packaging tea.Also, Biochemical analysis was carried out on blood and blood serum to determine complete blood count (CBC), blood glucose, blood. lipids tests, liver function tests, kidney function tests, erythrocyte. sedimentation Rate. Data collected from each sample include, Socio-economic sheet. Health status sheet. Food habits sheet. Statistical analysis was performed by using computer program statistical package for social science (SPSS, 1998) under Microsoft. windows 2007 office.
