Abstract
In this study nursing intervention measures is mainly directed towards minimize the increase of intracranial pressure. So the aim of this study is to select specia;l nursing intervention measures to decrease intracranial tension. A sample include 30 patients were selected randomly from Neurosurgery Department of Assiut University Hospital. The nursing intervention measures was applied to the patients such as positioning. respiratory support and oxygen administration. Suctioning. control of valsalva manuver, control of fever, and maintain quitness. Data was collected through the observational check list sheet.
