المستخلص

Amorphous chalcogenide films of the As2S and (As2S)0.95Cu0.05 compositions were prepared by a thermal evaporation technique. the absorbance and the transmittance spectra were measured over the incident photon energy ranges extending from 1.34 to 2.88 eV for the former and 1.60 to 2.81 eV for the later.These spectra imply the reflectance spectra of the mentioned film investigated here.
