Abstract
nutrition education is important to build ahealthy community through the presence of healthy individuals who pratice healthy habits by perparing healthy food and through eating properly for all age groups.
in particular during adolescence as this phase comprises a lot of psychological and physiological changes that lead to faulty eating habits : nutrition education is a must.
therefore this study aimed to: assess the role of nutritional eduction in raising a wareness and information among students in the preparatory phase.
