Abstract
According to the preceding analysis of ten English history plays which in our view best represent historical drama during the period allotted for study that is from the English theatrical revolution of 1956 to 1966 when the English theatre has already begun to move into a new direction and to develop new charachteristics,we can formulate generalizations which will apply to all post 1956 english historical drama written during this same period.it should be mentioned that these suggested conclusions are original and thus may be added to and elaborated.
