Abstract
The objectives of this study were to estimate :1-Non-genetic factors affecting initial milk yield ( IMY),305 day milk yield (305DMY),total milk yield (TMY),location period (LP), and calving interval (CI),such as month or season of calving,year of calving and perity (location order)for fariesian herds in Egypt and Germany.2-Phenotypic and genetic parameters for different traits studied.3-Sire transmitting ability for different traits studied.4-Genetic and phenotypic trends for different traits studied.
