Abstract Establishing bacterial infection to the mammary tissues depends on the virulence of the invasive bacteria which when succeeds to overcome the defense mechanism of the udder initiate mammary inflammation.Diagnosis of subclinical mastitis , which is not readily detectable by physical examination of the milk nor by manual palpation of the udder , depends on indirect tests which depends in turn on leukocyte content of the milk. |
